Southern Wind and Minamour live music at Fortezza Nuova

The live music and entertainment events continue over the weekend at Fortezza Nuova, which remains open until after dinner throughout the summer season, confirming itself as one of the main meeting points for citizens.

After the performance by Fossi Labronici, who opened the season on June 6th, there will be two events for the upcoming weekend.

Friday, June 19th, at 10pm, with free entry, Fortezza Nuova presents the concert of “Viento del Sur”, an energetic Livorno trio that will perform with vocals, trumpet, guitar, and percussion.

Saturday, 20th, also at 10pm with free access, the evening will be dedicated to the great Mina with the concert of the group “Minamour” which, playing on words, will make us relive all the successes of the Tigre di Cremona.

Together with the kiosk, under the pine forest, the Melafumo will also be open for dinner until September, offering typical Livorno cuisine, The Butcher in collaboration with L’Angolo della Carne, which will offer meat specialties, and Pizzeria da Ugo, with pizza and cake for all tastes.

The bar of the Fortezza will also remain open, a daily reference point for breakfast, snacks, aperitifs, and snacks.

A completely new Fortezza

Built by the Medici at the end of the 16th century, Fortezza Nuova is the green lung of the Livorno historic center.
