Sounds and words in the hills at Villa Cristina

The event is organized by the scout associations of Livorno (Agesci and Cngei) in collaboration with the Valle Benedetta Association and the Parish of San Giovanni Gualberto, under the patronage of the Livorno Municipality.

Also participating in the event will be the Lions Club of Livorno and the Association Friends of the Heart.

The musical protagonist of the 2026 edition will be the State Conservatory of Music “Pietro Mascagni” of Livorno, which will present a concert conducted by Maestro Chiara Morandi, with the instrumental ensemble prepared by Maestro Marco Nesi and the Conservatory String Orchestra led by Chiara Morandi herself.

Villa Cristina, managed for over thirty years by the Livorno scouts, represents one of the most charming locations in the city’s hilly area.

The structure can be reached on foot through a nature trail starting from the Shooting Range of Corbolone or from the center of Valle Benedetta, with a walk of about 45 minutes in both cases.

During the day, it will be possible to have lunch on site thanks to products provided by Locas Livorno, UniCoop Tirreno, The King of Pasta, and Pasticceria Cristiani, accompanied by Assuli wines and beer from Birrificio Clandestino.

The health service will be guaranteed by the SVS of Livorno.

As tradition demands, the organization will be carried out by the Livorno scouts, who will collect donations intended for the maintenance and enhancement of the area, for the benefit of the community.

In particular, those who wish to participate in the lunch are invited to communicate it in advance to facilitate the organization of the reception.

For people with difficulty in walking, a shuttle service will be available from the parking lot of the Shooting Range at 12.00 and 14.00, with a return at the end of the event.
