“If you had told me earlier,” Lawyer Accardo presents his book at the Vespucci-Colombo.

Teenagers think about the consequences of their actions? Do they know that some of their behaviors can have even criminal consequences? This and more will be discussed on Friday, March 14th, at 6 pm, in the Great Hall of the Vespucci-Colombo Institute, located in Piazza Vigo with lawyer Enrica Accardo, active in the criminal sector and long been enrolled in the lists of legal aid for minors. The occasion is the presentation of her book: If you had told me earlier, recently published by Media Print.

The event is part of the usual cultural meetings organized by the Library of the Vespucci-Colombo Institute and is organized in collaboration with Erasmo Libri.

The author will dialogue with Edoardo Ripoli, a teacher of Law and Political Economy at the institute.

“If you had told me earlier” is an illustrated book that takes inspiration from professional experiences that actually happened to the author. It tells short stories that involve teenagers and force them to face the criminal consequences of their actions.

Enrica Accardo conceived it as a tool capable of providing young people with a point of reflection and an opportunity for discussion with their parents and teachers.

Enrica Accardo was born in Livorno in 1975 and, after attending the Enriques Scientific High School, she graduated in Law from the University of Pisa discussing a thesis in criminal procedure. She has always carried out her professional activity in the criminal sector, also enrolling in 2010 in the lists of legal aid for minors. In recent years, taking advantage of the professional experience gained with minors, she has also extended her professional activity to the juvenile civil sector, often holding the role of special guardian for minors.
