In line with its territorial vocation, the Mascagni Festival renews the “Terre Mascagnane” project, extending its artistic horizon beyond the city of Livorno to embrace some of the most evocative places in its province. An initiative that goes beyond musical proposals, becoming a true and widespread cultural action, capable of combining Mascagni’s sound heritage with the beauty of the Tuscan landscapes, the identity of historic villages, and the excellence of local food and wine.

Cecina and Bibbona thus become privileged stages, vibrant settings where musical listening intertwines with the charm of breathtaking views, squares sculpted by time, intimate and authentic atmospheres. Places that tell of a generous territory, to be lived and rediscovered, and where music itself becomes a common guiding thread: Pietro Mascagni, an emblematic figure of a strong, rooted cultural identity yet capable of speaking to the world.

The Festival confirms itself as a promoter of conscious and respectful cultural tourism, where the enhancement of the verismo repertoire and the Livornese school is combined with the pleasure of discovering the territory. Terre Mascagnane is a declaration of intent: a festival that belongs to its land and wants to be the voice, echo, and vision of its land.
