FEMALE WORDS
By and with Annalisa Insardà
Directed by Andrea Naso
“FEMALE WORDS” is a theatrical reading that explores with irony and irreverence the evolution of language in contemporary times, reflecting on its cultural and social implications.
Through themes strictly related to the feminine, the show questions why some words seem to necessarily belong to this dimension, as if the form itself supported their meaning.
Between thematic songs and anthropological narratives, the work alternates lightness and harshness, addressing topics related to gender equality, the differences between the feminine and the masculine, and the challenges for new social balances.
Irony becomes the tool for reflecting without hostility, while the narrative strength of some passages denounces the risk of accepting as normal what should instead be questioned.
“FEMALE WORDS” is a provocative and conscious journey into the heart of the contemporary public debate, where the theme of the feminine assumes a central and essential role.
