Nothing closes Straborgo 2026

The entrance, like every Straborgo event, will be free of charge.

On the Straborgo stage, Nada will perform with the full band for a show that promises to combine the energy of the new album with the great hits that made her famous, like “Amore Disperato” and “Guardami negli occhi”.

After the great announcement of **The Zen Circus**, **LEM Foundation** reveals the second prestigious name for the 2026 edition of **Straborgo**. It will be **Nada Malanima**, known to all simply as **Nada**, to close the event on **Monday, June 1st** on the stage of **Piazza Mazzini**, the large square surrounded by centuries-old plane trees that has now become the “designated place” for major national concerts. **Entry, like every Straborgo event, will be free and open to the public.**

Created by **LEM Foundation** in collaboration with **Xlr Produzioni Srl**, Straborgo has revitalized the Borgo Cappuccini district since 2021, consecrating it as a space for impactful events, all strictly free.

**Nada** is considered the most original and courageous artist of the contemporary Italian music scene. With a career that began at a young age, she has been able to evolve through different genres, from pop to singer-songwriter, to rock and experimentation. In addition to music, she has cultivated a brilliant literary career, author of books such as **”Il mio cuore umano”** (from which the film **”La bambina che non voleva cantare”** was adapted) and the recent **”Come la neve di un giorno. Una visione”**.

The Livorno concert will be one of the most anticipated stops of the **”Nitrito Tour 2025″**, the show accompanying the release of her new album of unreleased songs entitled **”Nitrito”**. The work, released on May 9, 2025 on the Santeria label, comes five years after her last studio album and has been previewed by the singles **”Un giorno da regalare”** and **”Una notte che arriva”**, as well as the new song **”Bella”**.

The album marks the renewal of her historic collaboration with the international producer **John Parish**. The partnership, which began in 2004 with **”Tutto l’amore che mi manca”** (an album containing the international hit **”Senza un perché”**, chosen by Paolo Sorrentino for **The Young Pope**), continued at the J&J studios in Bristol to bring this new work to life.

On the stage of Straborgo, Nada will perform with the **full band** for a show that promises to combine the energy of the new album with the great hits that made her famous, such as **”Amore Disperato”** and **”Guardami negli occhi”**.

Straborgo 2026 will not only be about music. The afternoon of **Sunday, May 31st** will be entirely dedicated to the **Coppa Risi’atori**, one of the great classics of rowing in Livorno. Thanks to the commitment of LEM Foundation, the race will be broadcast live on **streaming** (on [www.gareremiere.tv](http://www.gareremiere.tv)), **TV** (on Granducato TV channel 15 DT), and on a **giant screen** right in Piazza Mazzini. The images, captured with the help of drones following the competition in open sea, will allow the audience to experience every rowing stroke up close in the challenge between the neighborhoods.
