Mythos/ Dance

The school Mythos art and movement, active for 40 years in the dissemination of the art of dance, has selected a chosen group of dancers to express themselves, to represent the Woman who danced on the limits, used her body to scream, to be seen, to be. And there are women who, from that body, have created art, revolution, legend. Yet, even today, she is looked at with suspicion. Conditioned by culture, religion, stereotypes, imposed roles. She must explain, justify, defend.

A multitude of voices, bodies and stories moving together, telling the complexity, desire, anger, sweetness. This proposal is for her. For all her forms, her silences, her revolutions. Because, when a woman dances, the world watches her, but she, finally, sees herself.
