Motorhome Underground Rock Fest

The summer program of the Fortezza Nuova continues to enrich itself, confirming itself as one of the main meeting points of the Livorno summer. On Saturday, July 4th, the fourth edition of the Motorhome Underground Rock Fest arrives, a mini festival created by musicians from the underground scene with the aim of giving space and visibility to bands that propose original and unpublished music.

Opening the evening will be the Classe 99, a power trio born in 2024 that performs songs in Italian and a sound that merges the sounds of the grunge of the Nineties with the energy of the hard rock of the Eighties.

Next on stage will be the Aridopachi, a hard rock band formed in Livorno in 2005 from an idea by Federico Lombardi. Their musical proposal combines Italian lyrics, guitars, and synthesizers, crossing rock, blues, and funky influences to narrate an introspective journey into the human soul.

Completing the lineup are the Sommaroy, an experimental metal duo founded in 2024 and inspired by the homonymous Norwegian island. With an essential formation composed of bass and drums, the group develops a powerful mix of groove metal and minimal sound research, creating an intense and engaging musical impact.

The inclusion of the Motorhome Underground Rock Fest confirms what was announced in recent weeks: the calendar of the Fortezza Nuova continues to enrich itself even as it progresses thanks to the growing interest of associations, artists, and organizers who see the historic city space as an increasingly attractive location.
