Final jam session / Project “Voices and Rhythms of African America”

The closing evening of the event will end with a final jam session, featuring the artists involved in the event along with other musicians, ready to bring their own voice and interpretative style to songs inspired by the theme of the event. A moment of musical dialogue, sharing, and improvisation, designed to give space to new visions and sensitivities, through the expressive power of music.

“Afro-American Voices and Rhythms: the power of women in music” is a journey through female creativity through the expressive power of blues, soul, jazz, and their contamination with Italian music. Each evening will be characterized by a different musical group, offering an immersive experience and celebrating the women who have made history in these genres.
