THE MINISTERS ON TOUR WITH POPULAR PROVINCE

Starting from Livorno, Provincia Popolare tour 2026, the new tour of I Ministri, and the theater of Villa Corridi confirms once again as a reference point for great music in the national panorama of live clubs. Born in Milan in the fall of 2006, I Ministri burst into the Italian music scene with an unconventional attitude and a direct, political, and visceral rock. The self-produced debut I Soldi Sono Finiti immediately becomes a case: a countercurrent record, accompanied by an iconic image and intense live activity that quickly brings them into the national spotlight. From then on, there is a constant growth made of impactful albums (Tempi Bui, Per Un Passato Migliore, Cultura Generale, Fidatevi, Giuramenti), sold-out tours, prestigious collaborations, and a live presence that becomes a trademark. The band intertwines rock, social urgency, and a generational narrative capable of speaking to the present without compromises. Over the years, I Ministri have performed on Italian and European stages, participated in historic festivals, celebrated important anniversaries, and continued to innovate, also visually, with the now famous jackets designed by Nick Cerioni. In 2025, they return with new energy: Aurora Popolare marks a new chapter, accompanied by powerful singles and a tour that confirms the trio as one of the most solid and recognizable realities of contemporary Italian rock: “For all those who traveled miles and miles to come and listen to Aurora Popolare in the big cities and for those who couldn’t make it because they were too far away and too tangled in the commitments of everyday life, for the small clubs that resist alone in areas where no one helps you to cultivate culture and for all the places that ‘insist’ on proposing original live music, for all of them, we have thought of a tour that could give something back of all that we have been given – they say – and we thought that it was up to us to travel those miles again. We thought of Provincia Popolare, a tour that, as the name suggests, will cross the boundless Italian province, stopping in small and not so small clubs, to bring what we have to say wherever possible, to make our new album heard even from half-meter high stages. And we will do it by returning to the dimension with which we started to tour now 20 years ago, that of the trio, with all the urgency, rawness, and sweat that it carries with it.”
