Closing of the review with Gioia Mia by Margherita Spampinato, an Italian film released a few months ago and set in the Sicilian summer starring Nico, a lively child who will have to spend the holidays as a guest of an elderly aunt. As the days go by, a genuine complicity is born between the two, amidst arguments, discoveries, and secrets revealed.
Introducing the film, the director herself Margherita Spampinato at her directorial debut.
(n.b. the film is a candidate and could win several David di Donatello awards on the evening of May 6th so it can be integrated with the awards won and it would become a special David di Donatello evening)
