At The Cage, the great return of Delta V

The historic Milanese band Delta V returns to the stage of The Cage after thirty years of navigating Italian music with a always clear, restless, and ahead-of-its-time perspective. A return with strong symbolic value, as Delta V was the first group to perform on the stage of the Livornese live club. It was the time of via Cestoni and the sold-out show of the Milanese band had just opened the doors to a musical story that would continue to the present day. The band returns to Livorno to present live their new album In Fatti Ostili, released by Universal Music Italia on October 17th and preceded by the singles Nazisti dell’Illinois and Regole a Milano.

With In Fatti Ostili, the band formed by Carlo Bertotti (synth, bass), Flavio Ferri (guitar, synth), Marti (voice), Nicola Manzan (guitar and violin) and Simone Filippi (drums) creates a powerful and disillusioned portrait of the present, blending electronic sounds, urban visions, and a writing style that mixes introspection with social criticism. The album (the band’s seventh) is produced by Paolo Gozzetti and the group’s first historic producer, Roberto Vernetti, portraying a world of contradictions, distrust, and fears, but also of resistance and clarity. The album’s promotional tour is an immersive audiovisual experience, where electronic, rock, and images merge into a complete sensory experience. An evening that is both a return to their roots and a look towards the future, in the spirit of a band that has always known how to reinvent themselves while staying true to their identity.
