Trophy Liberation 2026

The Liberation Trophy is a competition that marks the beginning of the rowing season in the city. Every year, on April 25th, Livorno celebrates its tradition with the historic race that this year takes place in the waters of Bellana, between the Queen’s Rock and the Benetti Shipyard. This year, due to the change of location, the Cup will be developed with a formula that foresees two heats of 4 boats, with the first two rowboats qualifying for the final.
