At The Cage arrives the sound hurricane of Mefisto Brass, the techno brass band that is setting stages and squares on fire across Europe with its overwhelming charge. An explosive formation of winds and percussion capable of transforming every concert into a collective ritual based on groove, sweat, and pure energy. Born in Milan in 2019, Mefisto Brass defines themselves as a lung-powered sound system: an expression that says it all about their unique style, where the power of electronic music meets the physicality of acoustic instruments. The group reworks the languages of techno, drum’n’bass, and clubbing to bring them to the streets, squares, and clubs, wherever there is space to dance and breathe rhythm. With over 260 concerts between Italy and Europe, Mefisto Brass has established itself as one of the most original and uninhibited realities of the new independent scene. After the 2020 Ep Amhardcore, in 2024 came the debut album Totem, which led them to a tour of 80 dates in eight countries, culminating in three sold-out nights at Circolo Biko in Milan. In 2025 their run doesn’t stop: the collaboration with the Italian Tube Agency and the French Swap Music Agency brought them to the stages of prestigious national and international festivals and clubs. Mefisto Brass are Giacomo Bertazzoni (tenor sax), Lorenzo Faraò (baritone sax), Niccolò Pozzi (sousaphone), Fabio Danusso (snare drum), and Davide Turolla (bass drum). Saturday’s show promises to be high-voltage, a long sound journey to dance until the last breath.
