Livorno is MY city

The appointment is for Friday 12 and Saturday 13 September 2025 in Livorno, in the spaces of the park located in via Torino. Admission will be free for the public. Bobo Rondelli with Ottavo Padiglione, Snaporaz & Friends, Leonardo Fiaschi, Michele Crestacci, Gabriele Puccetti and Mayor Von Frinzius are just some of the guests enriching the event program, presented with a press conference held on Thursday, 11 September inside the public park in via Torino, where the organizers are finalizing preparations for an event aimed at the entire community, but not only. A special occasion to bid farewell to summer 2025, strengthening the sense of community and emphasizing the importance of living and sharing public spaces in the cities where we live. “I immediately liked the engaging idea of this event – says Livorno Mayor Luca Salvetti – This neighborhood needs moments of animation and Appartenenza Labronica has once again shown to be able to activate and organize itself. ” We are pleased to have supported an association that promotes solidarity and works in the neighborhoods,” says Adriano Tramonti, coordinator of the LEM Foundation, while these are the words of Bruno Rotelli, founder of Appartenenza Labronica: “Enhancing life in squares and neighborhoods is a primary aspect of our activity. We hope that this new initiative will be well received; we are a non-profit association, so there are no ulterior motives. We have been working for 7 years in the Livorno area and we are in love with our city, which we believe has great potential yet to be developed. In our small way, we try to contribute to make things always better; instead of complaining about what is wrong, we prefer to act and do our part to support the growth of the area and leave something positive for future generations. So we invite everyone to participate in this two-day event that we have filled with events so that everyone can experience a park like this, which is already very popular in everyday life. Toto Barbato, artistic director of the cultural association The Cage, explains how “The cultural association The Cage has always supported Appartenenza Labronica, so we have voluntarily made ourselves available to do what we know how to do. Artistically, we have sought to bring the best of the city scene, and above all, there will be the opportunity to see Bobo Rondelli who, for the first time in many years, will play the first album of the Ottavo Padiglione in full, in memory of Alessandro Minuti and Sergio Adami, his companions and adventure brothers in the early years of his career.

THE PROGRAM

Crafts, street artists, associations, cabaret, and music, children’s entertainment, talk shows, sports, and street food. These are the ingredients of the first edition of “Livorno la mia città”, which will start on both Friday 12 and Saturday 13 September at 4 pm with activities for children. In fact, within the event, a special space will be dedicated to the little ones, with many entertainment activities. Let’s discover them together: Vignaccio Horse Ranch, a riding school – or rather, a small corner of paradise immersed in the Tuscan hills – will be present with 6 beautiful ponies, offering children the opportunity to interact with them and live, in the heart of the city, an experience like on a ranch. Didactic activities and approaches to riding tailored to the little ones; Sestante Solidarity, an association founded in 2005 that promotes well-being, psychophysical health, and prevention and treatment of social distress, during “Livorno is my city” will propose workshops and activities designed to engage and entertain children; Libecciati VIP – Clown di corsia, a large family of hospital clowns bringing lightness and smiles wherever they go. They wear striped smocks full of cute drawings and, with their noisy and colorful spirit, will come to “Livorno is my city” to engage the children with their unmistakable “libeccious positivity”; Appartenenza Labronica with “Draw Livorno”, children will be able to unleash their imagination by filling a very long sheet of paper with their drawings about what Livorno means to them. A simple and spontaneous activity, capable of turning into a shared moment. Inflatables will not be missing: a space for play and fun to make the little ones jump and laugh all day long. And then, there will also be crepes, ice cream, and cotton candy.

At 5 pm on Friday 12 and Saturday 13 September 2025, the Livornese Bingo will start, a tradition that could not be missing to cheer up the afternoons of “Livorno is my city”. Exquisite food prizes for three, five, and full house. The proceeds from the bingo, along with those from the entire festival, will be fully donated to charity. From 7 pm, the music and cabaret shows will start. In particular, on Friday 12 September, from 7 to 9 pm space for the DJ set “Aperitivo Labronico” with Gina on the console. From 9 pm, the following artists will perform on stage: Gabriele Puccetti, Leonardo Fiaschi, Michele Crestacci, Alessandro Perullo, Mayor Von Frinzius. On Saturday 13 September, at 6 pm, a talk show guided by Marco Bruciati is scheduled, then from 7 to 9 pm, DJ set “Aperitivo Labronico” with Trouble Kidd. From 9 pm, concerts with numerous artists on stage: 57100 ad Athel, Snaporaz & Friends, and the grand finale with Bobo Rondelli and the Ottavo Padiglione. On both days, delighting the party in the public park in via Torino will also be food trucks: from the tasty stuffed potato by Biga to seafood specialties by Bocca, from ice cream from Popolare 2 to the sandwich with cacciucco, an iconic dish of the Livorno tradition. And also: roast pork, hamburgers, crepes, cotton candy, and many other delicacies. And for those who love to toast in company, there will be the Bar Labronico, with aperitifs and service bar. A perfect opportunity to experience Livorno with taste and joy.
