The Female figure in the vernacular theater of Livorno has always been very important as the protagonist of the classic comedies by Beppe Orlandi or Gino Lena. The actors, in stage costume, that is, in clothes of a classic Livornese common woman, will bring to life an animation with extemporaneous lines and stornelli accompanied by musicians. On stage on the bridges every day, from July 30th to August 3rd.

Participating: Franco Bocci, Alessio Nencioni, Marco Chiappini, Enrico Faggioni, Cristina Silvestri, Katia Collorà, Daniele Guidi, Angelo Menapace, Stefano Valdiserri, Massimiliano Bardocci, Claudio Porri Aldo Corsi, and Elisabetta Macchia who will alternate on different evenings.
“Compagnie livornesi riunite” is a partnership formed by the Livornese cultural associations La Compagnia Lirica Livornese, la Combriccola Livornese, La Carovana, La Compagnia del Sesto Piano directed respectively by Franco Bocci, Alessio Nencioni, and Marco Chiappini. The consortium was primarily born to promote and carry on the vernacular popular theater of Livorno, but not only, also the brilliant comedy, Operetta, Variety, and Pre-show with the intention of collaborating together to enhance the respective actors and offer themselves to the city and regional audience. They collaborate together with Il Crocchio dei Goliardi spensierati Pisani.
