Elio Germano and Teho Teardo bring to the theater a text that is not rhetorical, but expresses the urgency of telling war from the perspective of those who “sew back together, not destroy“.
Elio Germano authentically conveys this radical and revolutionary perspective, allowing the power of the words to reach the audience directly. The original music by Teho Teardo played live accompanies and amplifies the story, creating an emotional and sensory dimension that vibrates together with the text.
This show is a “calm, yet relentless cry” that urges us to listen, choose, and take a stand. As Gino Strada wrote, “it’s not a matter of lacking resources, but of choices not made”. It is a theatrical, ethical, and emotional testimony that reminds us that a different world is possible, but it must be desired, built, and chosen, “one person at a time”.
