“Io Mangio DiVino”, Food & Wine – Eden at Terrazza Mascagni

PREVIEW TERRA MADRE SALONE DEL GUSTO & MAREDIVINO 2024

Terra Madre is a global network, created by Slow Food in 2004, that brings together producers committed to safeguarding the quality of local agricultural and food productions and combating the problems generated by the practice of intensive agriculture and a mass food industry tending towards standardization of tastes and capable of putting small-scale productions in crisis.

In Livorno Slow Food and Fisar propose – thanks to the collaboration that materializes every year on the occasion of the event MareDiVino and with the indispensable support of La Bottega di Campagna Amica Livorno and Fresco in Città – a three-day event dedicated to Good, Clean, and Fair food and wine for Everyone.

The proposal will be divided into three sections – Street Food, local productions, and wine tasting counter – but will also include debates, workshops for adults and children, company presentations, etc.

It will be an opportunity to talk to the city about the international event in Turin (Terra Madre – Salone del Gusto) which will take place from September 26 to 30 and about MareDiVino 2024 which this year will be held on November 30, December 1 and 2 at the Modigliani Forum.
