On Friday, January 5th, at 6.30 pm, at Symphony Record Shop in Livorno, there will be a Volontré Instant Live mini concert, related to “Instant Songs”, an LP that was released on May 5th. The trio is formed by Alessandra Falca, an actress and singer-songwriter, Emiliano Dominici, a director and writer, and Marina Peloso, a Livorno-born singer-songwriter adopted in Paris.
Being accomplices for more than twenty years, the three artists, under the name VOLONTRÉ, love writing songs together; or rather, song sketches, which are often short and minimalistic, ironic and melancholic, written as a game.
The LP “Instant Songs”, released in a limited edition of 300 copies in both digital and vinyl formats, is the result of their desire to write together, which started with the theater-song group Loungerie and continued with the Meccano Project: short songs written, performed, and filmed within a few hours, with the collaboration of various guest stars.
The album contains 16 tracks, little more than one-minute-long, in Italian language mainly, but also in English, French, and Greek.
Free admission. Don’t miss it!
