The House of Sitrì @The Cage

They were awaited and have finally arrived: the queens of Haus of Sitrì are back and The Cage is ready to once again transform into the biggest, most colorful and lively queer salon on the coast. A sparkling evening for an inclusive and fun party, which has been animating the Livorno Fridays for two years now and welcomes a very diverse audience, for which the only imperative is to free oneself from conditioning and be together with others without too many worries. The commitment of Arcigay and The Cage, after all, has always been to promote a healthy sociability free from prejudice: this is how the queer appointment of the theater has been born and this is precisely the key to its success. To celebrate the inauguration of the new season, the organizers have also promoted the social campaign #TotallyInfluencer in which the bad girls of Haus of Sitrì have been portrayed by Giulia Barini in the flow of city life: playing cards and having a drink at Civili, taking a walk in the port and rowing with Salviano, while riding the bus, shopping and stopping to comment on the works of a construction site (the photos were taken in collaboration with Bar Civili, Unicoop Tirreno, Sezione Nautica Salviano, Autolinee Toscane). After the great success of last summer’s Effetto Fellini, the drag queens of Haus of Sitrì continue to spread their positive message throughout the city: “Free from the anxiety of social networks, free from the talent society, free from the hustle of appearing perfect, from likes and views but protagonists of our own lives”. The party formula is the same as in previous years, but there will be many surprises and new arrivals, including the programming of some DJ sets with national guests. The protagonists are always the same: Cristine Lacroix, Lalique Chouette, La Marchesa, Robyn Folie, and Stella Botox, accompanied as tradition dictates by Luca Dieci.
