SYNTHESIS concert of the Contrabboschi’s ensemble

For The Jazz Journey, a music project organized by the Rasenna Music Art Association, on Thursday, April 17th, at 9:15 PM, at the Museum of Mediterranean Natural History, via Roma, 234, SYNTHESIS concert by the Contrabboschi’s ensemble with Andrea Grillone, piano, Gianluca Salcuni, saxophone, Giulio Boschi, double bass. Entry fee 10 Euros.

Composing, bringing tradition and modernity together, blending the values of the past with the needs of the present. In this concert, we will experience the continuity of the passage between the various generations of musicians leading up to the most contemporary jazz.

The quartet was formed within the jazz composition course at the Paganini Conservatory in Genoa, under the guidance of the greatest Italian jazz musicians. The four musicians are all composers, arrangers, and multi-graduates in various musical disciplines.

The project is realized by the Rasenna Music Art Association with the contribution of the Livorno Foundation, the partnership of the Province of Livorno, with the Museum of Mediterranean Natural History and the Municipality of Castagneto, the patronage of the Municipality of Livorno as well as the collaboration of Proteo Fare Sapere.
