As part of the series of exhibitions “Living the museum” designed to make museum spaces welcoming and inclusive throughout the year, the exhibition “Homage to silence – The collection of Still Lifes from the deposits of the Civic Museums” will feature works belonging to the civic collection of the city, preserved in museum deposits. The exhibited works will offer an overview of the collection of Still Lifes from the civic collections ranging from those of the 1600s to the present day. Among the names of the artists are Nicola Van Houbraken, Valentino Ghiglia and Giovanni Bartolena. The entrance to the exhibition, which will be set up in the central area of the City Museum from July 27 to August 31, is free.
