Ribbons for HATS – Nine Stories by Simone Consigli

Each ribbon a hat, nine tales of fantasy, each different from the other, between drug dealing, love, dramas and betrayals, noir, poetry, romanticism and a touch of psychedelia, along with a monologue of a modern and angry Pied Piper dealing with the Coronavirus instead of the Plague. This is the treatment in summary of the book, where each tale, like ribbons for hats, is an aesthetic decoration of reality; nine stories, imaginative, sad, other, partly autobiographical and a bit mocking.

Simone Consigli, born in Livorno in 1976, a journalist, has collaborated with the newspaper Il Tirreno and various online publications: “Costa Ovest”, “L’Osservatore di Livorno”, “Toscana News 24”. He has worked as a press officer in the field of political and entertainment communication. “Ribbons for hats” is his first book.
