MALVAX

The Malvax were born in 2014 in Pavullo nel Frignano, a small town in the Modena Apennines. Among the band’s most important experiences are the victory of the “ROAD THE MAIN STAGE” contest by Firestone & RADIO ITALIA in 2019, which allowed them to perform in Piazza Duomo in Milan opening for various artists, including Sting, Ultimo, Mengoni, Bertè, Amoroso, Ligabue (and many others) and to appear on Rolling Stone, THE VICTORY OF THE BOLOGNA MUSIC D’AUTORE (BMA) ALSO IN 2019, the selection for three consecutive years, 2020, 2021 and 2022 at the Sanremo Festival auditions in the new proposals category, and the positioning in 2022 AMONG THE FOUR ABSOLUTE WINNERS OF MUSICULTURA. In 2023 the Malvax WIN MUSIC FOR CHANGE and rank third in the LUNEZIA AWARD winning the radio bruno prize. The Malvax are Lorenzo Morandi (vocals and acoustic guitar), Francesco Ferrari (piano synth), Giacomo Corsini (drums) and Jurij Cirone (bass).
