LIVORNO-PISA-LUCCA three cities one vernacular “La Disfida”

The Comedic Challenge between “vernacular languages” and Tuscan dialects is a must-see event, a war of limericks, rhymes, anecdotes, stories and teasing. Last year it was the epic clash between Livorno and Pisa that took center stage, this year Lucca was also involved, for a trio of the Tuscan comic language that will shake more than one bell tower.
