Jazzing for Peace – Festival 2024. Live Contrabboschi’s ensemble.

Performing in the concert THE COLORS OF SOUND is the Contrabboschi’s ensemble formed by Stefano Bergamaschi trumpet, Gianluca Salcuni sax, Andrea Grillone piano, Giulio Boschi double bass.

The quartet was formed within the jazz composition course at the Paganini Conservatory in Genoa, under the guidance of the greatest Italian jazz musicians. The musicians are all composers, arrangers, and multi-graduates in various musical disciplines.

There will be pieces by Mingus dedicated to colors, and pieces by Giulio Boschi dedicated to travel as a form of knowledge among peoples and to the paintings of Livornese painters.
