The PerPiano Festival continues with Jin Ju in “The Music of the Heart”

After the extraordinary success of Livorno Piano Competition, the prestigious international competition that attracted the best piano talents from around the world to the city, the lineup of perPIANO Festival, organized by Livornoclassica Association under the artistic direction of Carlo Palese, moves to the splendid setting of Fortezza Vecchia for two special Saturdays, born from the synergy and close collaboration with the Port Authority of Northern Tyrrhenian Sea within the framework of Italian port Days and offered to the public with free admission.

The perPIANO journey continues on Saturday, October 17th with an appointment of absolute artistic level. At 5:00 PM, again in Canaviglia, the famous international pianist JIN JU in “The Music of the Heart” will perform. Jin Ju has performed on all 5 continents with major orchestras and has received recognitions of extraordinary importance; she was the only artist to perform in the Vatican, at the invitation of the Pope, after Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli. On the anniversary of Fryderyk Chopin’s passing, the extraordinary interpreter will dedicate the entire concert to the music of the Polish composer, offering moments of great emotion with the last compositions and the 4 Ballades of the unforgettable “poet of the piano”.
