YOUTH EFFECT: On the wings of Kairos: the beauty of the meeting in the truth of being ONESELF.

Effetto Venezia 2026 will involve the Youth Council of the Municipality of Livorno and the Special Council Commission ‘Livorno City of the Youth’, who will animate the neighborhood with a program full of activities, performances, and workshops.

The evenings of Effetto Venezia 2026 will unfold in three locations in the Venezia neighborhood — the Coffee Shop, the Gazebo in Piazza Domenicani, and the alley between Via Borra and Via Traversa — with a schedule of events that intertwines art, music, technology, inclusion, and civic participation. Each evening is designed to speak to young people through their languages, offering experiences ranging from creative workshops to live performances, from mobile podcasting to video game tournaments, to evenings of reflection on deep social issues.
