At The Cage, Lucio Corsi’s glam rock and Radical’s sharp rap.

Friday 24th November the talent and creativity of Tuscan singer-songwriter Lucio Corsi return to The Cage for one of his unmissable eight winter dates, Saturday 25th Novemberit’s time for the sharp rhymes of Roman rapper Radical

Lucio Corsi, the talented young singer-songwriter on whose style The Cage had bet, hosting him on stage when he was still at the beginning of his career, returns to the Villa Corridi theater. As with other emerging artists, the bet paid off and Lucio, born in 1993 in Val di Campo di Vetulonia, will make a stop in Livorno for one of the eight dates of his club tour, this time entering through the main door as one of the most interesting musical personalities of his generation.

Expect great emotions: the concert will be like tuning in to a space radio station that broadcasts utopia and mystery, blurring reality and imagination, in a whirlwind of notes that will make you dance in the company of Lucio and your shadows. You will discover the importance of dreaming, how essential it is to continue doing so even if you are no longer a child.

This tour comes after a first indoor preview in the main Italian cities, which has received unanimous consensus from the press and critics: what undoubtedly convinces is the original style in which Lucio mixes singer-songwriter rock with the folk sounds of surreal songs. A unique artist with a highly recognizable glam poetic. The singer-songwriter’s latest album is La gente che sogna, produced by Sugar in 2022, two years after Cosa faremo da grandi?, the album that had established him as one of the most interesting artistic personalities in the Italian scene and was produced for Sugar Music by none other than Francesco Bianconi and Antonio Cupertino.

Lucio Corsi will be accompanied by Marco Ronconi on drums, Giulio Grillo on keyboards and electric organ, Tommaso Cardelli on bass, Iacopo Nieri on piano, and Filippo Scandroglio on electric guitar and slide guitar. Concert starts at 22:30, tickets available on Ticketsms and Ticketone for a cost of 18 euros, plus pre-sale fees. Following the concert, until late at night, there will be a dj-set by Robetta Party. Tickets available at the entrance for a cost of 10 euros including a drink.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 25 – Saturday will be the turn of Radical, the pseudonym of Daniele Wandja, a singer and producer born in Rome in 1995. His passion for music arises early on and leads him at a very young age to play bass in a pop-punk band, the Leftovers. The solo debut comes in 2017, at the age of 22, when Radical becomes the founder of the prolific Soundcloud Rap scene in Italy. The following year, the first EP, Trashbin, Vol. 1, is released, which, together with the subsequent Trashbin, Vol. 2, allows Radical to expand his fan base, which soon turns into the Lobby, including prominent names like Rosa Chemical and Thelonious B. (Thb Kirua & Thb Brown). Radical will collaborate with them to write and produce songs and will continue his countless live tours, performing in absolutely chaotic concerts and continuing to build an enigmatic and countercultural artistic character.

In 2020, Trashbin, Vol. 3 is released, the third chapter of the saga, which contains 9 tracks and three collaborations with long-time friends Rosa Chemical and Thelonious B., along with Psicologi. 2021 is the year of the live breakthrough: Radical is one of the first artists to perform live after the pandemic’s closures and immediately gathers a large following of fans. However, it will be 2022 that will consecrate the Roman rapper, as he becomes part of the Columbia and Sony stables and continues on the path of his prolific musical journey: the style of his first studio album, Evol, recalls the latest trends overseas and allows him to establish himself as one of the pioneers of the emerging Italian music scene, standing out for aggressive beats and sharp rhymes. In 2023, he is finally ready for the next chapter of his career and works on new projects with international artists, starting with the album Evol+, which includes the two singles Inferno and Ksubis, created with the British artist Fimiguerrero. Concert starts at 22:30, tickets available on TicketSms for a cost of 11 euros. Following the concert, until late at night, there will be a dj-set by My Generation. Tickets available at the entrance for a cost of 10 euros including a drink.
