Walking tour to discover the DOME and surroundings

We offer short evening outings to discover Livorno and some of the most significant places in the city center, without exerting yourself, during the Effetto Venezia week!! Agave Racconta returns with two guided tours that will allow you to then dive into the events of nearby Venice and enjoy the summer evenings to the fullest!

WALKING TOUR DISCOVERING THE DUOMO AND SURROUNDINGS

This walk is dedicated to the most important buildings in the center of Livorno. We will start in front of the cathedral overlooking Piazza Grande, talking about the exteriors, its evolution, and the role it played in the city’s history. Then, we will move to the back of the main palace, towards the Town Hall square to observe and comment on all the government buildings facing this square, such as the Chamber of Commerce, the old Town Hall, the Province Palace, and some sculptural artistic elements.
