ISOLA DI CAPRAIA – Guided tour of the village and the archaeological exhibition

Walking through the charming cobblestone streets, from the square of the Church to Fort San Giorgio, to the Tower of the Port, we will observe the most significant buildings but also traditional houses and evidence of daily and productive activities, through which we will discover the life of a past era and the events that have marked the history of the island community. At the end of the tour, a guided visit to the archaeological exhibition will introduce us to the oldest colonizations through the fascinating findings recovered on land and at sea that are housed in the impressive complex of the former Franciscan convent, of great historical and cultural architectural value.
