From Saturday 28 to Monday 30 November
MareDiVino and DiGusto is the event that stems from the historical legacy of FISAR Livorno Delegation. The event represents the perfect meeting between sea and land culture, positioning itself as one of the most authoritative market exhibitions in the region. Its mission is to celebrate the wine heritage and regional gastronomic excellences, acting as a tool for tourism promotion capable of bringing together producers, restaurateurs, and institutions, all in the name of sustainability and respect for identity.
Since 2025, the new direction of the event sees the direction of LEM Foundation in close collaboration with the professionalism of FISAR Livorno and the philosophy of Slow Food Tuscany. Also included in the framework of Tuscany Showcase – the project of the Tuscany Region that coordinates sustainable and quality wine and food tourism – the initiative becomes the spokesperson of a wine and food approach that focuses on “good, clean, and fair”. Wine is not just a product here, but the story of hundreds of winemakers who speak of the biodiversity of the Tuscan landscape, supported by the guardians of the Earth Markets who preserve raw materials and traditions at risk of disappearing.
The experience of MareDiVino and DiGusto goes far beyond simple tasting, immersing the visitor in a true agora of taste. The gastronomic component, expressed by the extension DiGusto in the title, finds its highest expression in the valorization of identity dishes. A place of honor is reserved for the Livornese tradition, represented by the Tortai Association, which with the iconic 5 e 5 and the chickpea cake claims the cultural value of the historic Livorno street food as one of the must-taste of local cuisine. This link with the past projects towards the future through workshops, masterclasses, and ethical commitment, evidenced by the path towards the ISO 20121 sustainability certification, ensuring an event that is environmentally friendly and people-centered.
The days dedicated to the general public allow enthusiasts and tourists to explore regional excellences in a pleasant discovery atmosphere, while the final day reserved for sector operators and restaurateurs promotes networking and commercial development.
