Tikitaly to Surfer Joe

Tikitaly is an event that brings together art, music, dance, sculpture, cocktails, and people linked to the fascinating world of Tiki Culture, in a suggestive and prestigious location. Many activities are concentrated in a single weekend that will catapult the audience into the typical atmosphere of a Polynesian island, involving all the senses for a unique and complete experience in the Tiki lifestyle.

A selection of some of the best international Tiki Bars, represented by their loyal bartenders, will present their recipes, each with its own peculiarities and alchemies, with a particular focus on mixing based on Rum, juices, and spices.

During the three days, the Tiki Carvers will work live on their sculptures, showing daily progress and illustrating their techniques and inspirations in symposiums and seminars dedicated.

Polynesian dance performances, bands, and DJs from around the world will alternate throughout the days on the outdoor stage entertaining the audience with lounge music, exotica, surf, and other themed genres from early afternoon.

There will also be the opportunity to shop in the market composed of numerous selected stands; from vintage Aloha clothes to vinyl records, Tiki mugs, wooden or bamboo artifacts, and much more.

Tikitaly is the blend of Tiki culture, of American origin from the 1930s and inspired by Polynesian culture, with Made in Italy and its tradition of quality. The event aims to involve the different schools of mixing Tiki cocktails in order to create a complete showcase of the ‘European’ contribution in addition to that of the American masters, integrating, finally, the experience in the same appointment and setting with all related themes, such as music, painting, sculpture, dance, photography.

Some of the activities (**) will be reserved for a VIP audience who, by purchasing the package, will have EXCLUSIVE access (Tiki Garden by 7:00 pm and Tiki Room for the entire duration of the event) and will be able to enjoy various dedicated services.

The event is open to all ages, away from vehicular traffic, on the famous Terrazza Mascagni on the Livorno waterfront, next to the Livorno Aquarium structure.
